De La Rey Consulting Ltd. general director Yuri Shurygin and deputy director Evgenia Shchipkova became co-moderators of the international round table named “Measures and Mechanisms of State Support for SMEs Export in the EAEU”. The round table was held within the annual business forum “The Eurasian Economic Union: Armenia – Cooperation” in Armenian city Tsakhkadzor on June 03, 2018.
Co-moderators of the round table also were Wage Danielyan (State Food Security Service, Armenian Ministry of Agriculture) and Alexandr Fedorchuk (Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry).
The discussion centered on various aspects of export support policy in the EAEU states (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan) and possible ways to improve it. The round table participants raised the issues afflicted exporters at most, namely problems with product conformity assessment, the EAEU technical regulations, indirect taxes, product labelling and state recovery of transportation expenses.
